SPECIAL EDUCATION ELIGIBILITY FOLDER

Requisitos Federales y Estatales Citas P Each local educational agency (LEA) must maintain an eligibility folder for each child receiving special education services, in addition to the child's cumulative record. 89.1075(a) P The eligibility folder must include, but need not be limited to: 89.1075(a) P Copies of referral data; 89.1075(a) P Documentation of notices and consents; 89.1075(a) P Evaluation reports and supporting data; 89.1075(a) P Admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) committee reports; and 89.1075(a) P The student's individualized education program (IEP). 89.1075(a) P Nothing in the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) will be construed to require that additional information be included in a student's IEP beyond what is explicitly required in the ARD COMMITTEE frameworks. 300.320(d) 1414(d)(1)(A)(ii)
