Funds to which the cooperating LEAs are entitled may be allocated to the LEAs jointly as shared services arrangement units or shared services arrangement funds in accordance with the shared services arrangement agreement.
Regional Education Service Centers (ESCs) may serve as the fiscal agent for shared services arrangements in compliance with general program requirements and local district procedures under state law.
