ELEMENTS OF SUMMARY OF PERFORMANCE

The local educational agency (LEA) must provide the child with a summary of performance that contains: 300.305(e)(3)

  • A summary of the child's academic achievement;

A FULL AND INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION must be provided and included as part of the summary of performance for children who meet the criteria for GRADUATION due to successful completion of the individualized education program (IEP). 89.1070(c)
