ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION

The DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY must be made by the ARD committee.

For a child from birth through two years of age with Auditory Impairment, an individualized family service plan (IFSP) meeting must be held in place of an ARD committee meeting. The local educational agency (LEA) must comply with the AGES 0-5 framework.
